The location of the hotel is great, as it is near the Aldgate East tube station and the bus No 15 stops that go straight to Trafalgar Square. The rooms are like small studio apartments with all the amenities, including a comfy bed, large TV, and a kitchen with a dishwasher. The staff is very friendly and helpful, always happy to assist. The breakfast is also valuable and the views from the highest floor are nice.
There was a mild inconvenience with the WiFi, as it would start freezing or cutting out after about 30 minutes of seamless watching.

The apartment had all the necessities - comfortable bed, modern kitchenette, and Irish chocolates and Oscar Wilde books. The staff were really nice, making our special occasion nice. The complimentary food and drink were of really good quality. The hotel's location was convenient.

The room was modern and well-equipped with complimentary toiletries and snacks. The staff was friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We had a great view and the hotel was conveniently located near the Tower of London. The kitchenette had everything we needed and the towels were heated, a nice touch. Despite a few minor inconveniences, we had a fantastic stay.

I absolutely loved staying at this place! It's conveniently located just a short walk away from the nearest subway station and the bus that takes you straight to Trafalger Sq. The service was excellent, and I was greeted with a lovely welcome drink upon arrival. The room amenities were fantastic, and I especially enjoyed the air conditioning and spacious dining table. The free toiletries and cookware/kitchen utensils were a nice touch, and the flat-screen TV was great for relaxing in the evenings after a long day of exploring the city.
I highly recommend this venue to anyone who wants to experience luxury and comfort during their stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the nearest tube station and bus stops. It was also close to popular attractions like Borough Market and Tower Bridge. The cleanliness of the room was perfect, and the modern design added a nice touch. The hotel facilities were great, especially the fully equipped kitchen area in the room.
Couldn't fault anything about this hotel.
